Yeah, done the living room.

Yeah, my mom and I had laminate flooring put in our living room a long time ago as well as had our bedrooms replaced with newer carpet and our bathroom and kitchen replaced with tiles, though we're kind of regretting that one as the ones in the kitchen have been cracking.

The bedrooms and living room used to have this ugly carpet and it was always dirty (the carpet in the bedrooms now is of a different kind where it's pretty much impossible for things to get stuck in it as it's all flat), and the kitchen and bathroom had this fake flooring or whatever it's called.

Should've gone for hard-wood flooring

We put in laminate a few months ago, I didn't do it myself, not that talented. Glad I got it rather than real wood. Need some rugs and curtains to deaden the echo

real hard wood is a new Mercedes, laminate is a Ford - but depends on your budget, of course

Depends on how long you want it to last, and how often you want to sand it. My laminate cost more than wood
