A lot of the time you're energetic and cheerful, with some crazy ideas and a sense of humor. You're also fairly widely talented.

I'm good athletically when I give a damn. The muscles in my arms have atrophied a bit from lack of use. Overly thin and all. But I've got good endurance. Working through the pain. Aside from my arms though... I'm really rather good.
Well... That's more than I've been able to lift, at any time I can remember. I'm decently strong... But I've always been a runner. I don't get tired, and long legs are useful in a sprint.
140 lifted how? Because... It's not all that much, depending on what you mean. Or it's a lot, for other methods.
I know the feeling. Training for cross country involved multiple fifteen mile runs. I can't do those anymore.
