Hmm... I want to revisit some fluffy plotlines... especially since I have ideas for them if we decide to do them.

Just to be sure... you there? Because... a Widow crashed for a couple hours earlier.

Well... remember the Channeler Widow plotline that started late April? The Widow that's like 5' 2" and is with a redhead named Jen who happens to be like 5' 10"?
I'm thinking... conscription/being made to show off what they can do. As in... when they went public. And the initial aftereffects of that.

Because... their introduction to the public being that they basically send a dozen upper mid-tier channelers to 'flush out' some 'troublemakers'.

Yeah... I imagine some controversy coming from that.

I can definitely see that happening. I'd like to hear more about this idea... I assume it's slightly before the two of them moved in together or got married?

Multiple nations having channelers... but that the US has the Lion's Share of them might be odd.
Oh, and Channelers as they're introduced to the public: Even the weakest is able to kill dozens of people with ease.
Some of them are nuke level. Maybe. We aren't telling for sure.
Some used to be men. And have to be women due to their power killing them otherwise.

It's before, yeah. And speaking of the marriage... we'll have to get to that at some point. We haven't displayed the timeline that far yet.. and I want fluff.

I personally imagine that China actually has more total... But the United States has the most powerful per capita.
Yep... Pretty much the worst way to go about it... Kind of odd, given that the government as I was trying to write them was fairly competent... But I guess everyone ****s up at some point.

Government introducing the new division by having them engage in wholesale MASSACRE isn't smart. Competence is a yes... but some people want to test out the new 'toys/weapons'.

That's going to suck majorly.

Then again... I'm also thinking in the long run... channelers might end up with less national loyalty and more... loyalty to their 'brothers and sisters' in the Power. Hell, when they've recruited children... yeah, ethics.

Oh, and another thing that might not sit well with people... that they're going to live centuries as a low end.

It all depends on how each nation reacts/teaches them. If the UK was really good to its channelers, I imagine that they would remain about as loyal as they are currently.

I'm thinking long term. And yeah... public opinion affects it a lot. If people are dickbags... then they won't be loyal.

In any event... I'm thinking that the US would do some collab with the UK... and Canada.. and anyone they can really.
