Stylized AJAX Category Forum Nodes - Beyond just CSS, fully stylized no refresh/reload AJAX category tabs with selectable animation!

Basic Info...

Drac's AJAX Forum Tabs replaces the long, scrolling forum index with a tidy row of tabs. Each tab holds the node categories you select, and switching tabs loads that content over AJAX — instantly, with a smooth, selectable transition, and no page reload.

Any category you don't assign to a tab automatically appears under an auto-generated "Other" tab, so nothing ever gets lost. The whole experience is built in clean, dependency-free JavaScript, so it works on the...

One time Opt-in Prompt asking users to try the mod!

v1.2.0 — One-Time Opt-In Prompt

Members who have forum tabs turned off will now see a single styled modal on their next forum visit asking if they'd like to enable the tabbed layout. The prompt appears only once — their answer (yes or no) is stored in the database and they will never be asked again.

The modal includes:

Added info in settings about usage of adaptive color vars for tabs

v1.3.0.1 — Theme-adaptive colour tip

Small polish to the styling options: each colour field's description now shows how to make a colour adapt automatically across themes.

Because the style options are board-wide, a hardcoded colour looks the same on every theme. Instead of a fixed hex, you can now enter a XenForo theme variable in any colour field and it resolves per-theme on its own — e.g.:

A small visual polish: the AJAX Forum Tabs admin pages (tab list, create/edit, and sort) now display the add-on's own logo in the header instead of a generic icon — a nicer, more branded control panel.
