I know I have to add the appropriate lines in a config file as per below... BUT which file?

my /src file has the following entries. So my "guess" it is XF.php - right?

I am running:-

Xenforo 2.3.7
PHP version 8.3.6
MySQL version 8.0.44 (8.0.44-0ubuntu0.24.04.2)
Server Apache/2.4.58

1768030597608.webp

// CDN support
$config['externalDataUrl'] = 'http://[ZoneURL]/data';
$config['javaScriptUrl'] = 'http://[ZoneURL]/js';

're
Those CDN entries would go into config.php.
Your dead right...

Now though, I made the changes my avatars seem to be missing, just blank circles. yet, when I right click. on the place where the avatar should be and load it into a new page it is there. Strange...

OK, I have Bunny CDN pretty much running now. How can I force all traffic to be served from CDN?

I see Bunny now offers S3:

Were you able to offload your images to their S3 successfully?
I am thinking about trying to use them as well, but not sure where to start.

Thanks for any info you can provide,
Jerry

I offloaded to Bunny.net - I had an expert Bunny guy help me out and THEN I also connected my site to CODEX and had CODEX do the optimization and setup for me. I gave CODEX API access to Bunny and Xenforo and also SSH access to my server and then I basically told it what I wanted - and it did it. Not saying it was totally smooth sailing all the way and I had a few short outages but with a little effort it all worked.

Did you host any video with bunny?

I ended up building an addon using ChatGPT. It uses digital oceans spaces. In my addon I can see what is both on DO and in xen and I can move images between the 2. If an image exists at DO and xen it serves the DO path and if it exists on xen only it serves that image. I will remove all images from my server. can manage, move delete etc from my addon, but I uploaded them all to DO via sftp. I created a reconcile system where it saves images in a new table, so it knows where they are. It seems to work well on my demo site and I am putting it live site this week.i will create the cdn name after its live. i am also building into it an image space limitation where users get notified if they are running out of space and must upgrade (phase 2). So far so good!
