You can achieve that with the built-in "Member stats" widget

is there an option to exclude users/usergroups from being in that list? For example, I don't want admins/myself to show in the list.

They are still displayed in the profile in the same place, but with a clear indication of where the rating came from
For many years I've been looking for an add-on that would allow users in my community to award reputation points one at a time, both within the thread and in replies—something that simple. I believe this add-on is now complete for that purpose. Right?
Correct.
To clarify, all of these ratings belong to the user, not the content, and the displayed score is user overall rating. The connection between ratings and specific content is only visible in the user’s ratings list.

I've already bought the add-on, and it really is excellent. One suggestion: now that reputation can be awarded from each thread and each reply, it would be ideal to add a button to award reputation more easily, simply, and in a more organized way.
