The permissions are still 755, not sure how to check on the user name though. I'm assuming since the permissions are right, the user name is right as well. Did a re-install and still have the same problem.

It kind of looks like something blocking scripts, but I've tried different computers, two phones, FireFox, Brave, Chrome, Edge, and Epic browsers with no luck.

Fresh install, everything seems to be working fine except for the my ability to change stuff around. None of the buttons are showing up as options. The reply to a message is messed up as well. I have cloudflare, checked to see if Rocket Loader was causing the problem but it's already disabled...
