Hi, 1/ No but you could make it so with user subscriptions they get to a usergroup that has right to post. Or it can charge a percentage per sale when concluded through paypal. 2/ Nope it doesn't. Clément

No that's not possible. But if you use font awesome icons, I guess they will adapt to the tone.
