Problem Solved [Fresh Install] LOCK THREAD

I have checked with both options. Nothing seems to be wrong But they both produce the same output of 404

I disabled 'friendly urls' to test it and it didn't make a difference.

Just tried the default theme and i got the same message error This is my .htaccess file

I may have deleted the default xml file by mistake. Also the only error i am getting is As you can see. I can see the thread but not access it
