So a problem is that an owner can currently transfer to another member who is in a group that doesn't have permission to create a group. Also are members in a group able to see soft-deleted threads?

Bug reported (one of many), but this one is vitally important when trying to create user level permission to create groups. In permissions I gave a group the inability to join zero groups. But if they are invited they are able to join. Also even though I created group permissions to not create...

It doesn't work. Even checked and unchecked exact match. Every variation you can think of.

admin.php?users/search No results returned when I know the member info exists. Checking/unchecking, every iteration of a search I can think of just returns "no results"
