As said in the OP I am running a VPS through DigitalOcean which has a Plesk connection I installed - I can edit Mod_Sec through SSH or Plesk I believe.

Sorry - didn't mean for it to come off that way. I am searching elsewhere for how to disable mod_sec in relation to Xenforo. Thank you.

I got it working, turns out the Cron entry was disabled.. No clue how that happened.

Many people have reported that it is not changing. The last updated text says hours ago.. We have an average of 20+ forum members on at a time and it doesn't update. Also, I am using the XenPorta block.
