I have been having Upgrade automation problems so I went to check this setting in PayPal and saw it was DISABLED somehow. Maybe we have to check this setting each month to ensure PayPal doesn't shut it off. Anyway I just now enabled Instant Payment Notification > Message Delivery again.

Yup, I had to enable IPN message delivery in PayPal. I went to PayPal > Account Settings > Notifications > Instant payment notifications > Update > Edit Settings > Receive IPN messages (Enabled).

AHA! I went into ACP > Forums > Nodes, clicked on each node one by one, in many cases I had to scroll down and expand Advanced options. I unchecked "Override user style choice" check box in every Node, and it worked.

I applied your theme and it's great looking out of the box, EXCEPT it didn't apply to all forums. I even checked in a new browser incognito window so cache would not be the culprit. SUGGESTION BOX for example doesn't apply the blue theme.

Many forum owners charge for ads on their forums. XF is a profitable business that sells something(s), so Xenforo should be paying to advertise their software. What about that?

Can i set it so that the site owner gets percentage of sales unless sold by certain Member Group(s)? In other words, certain member groups do not have to pay the site owner a commission.

In XF1.5 there was a New Thread Restriction add-on. Does that still exist so I can set a number of posts a newbie must have before they can post inside of designated threads?

Thank you @SneakyDave for this plugin. I'll see another day if it's working as I've configured it. Ebay reports are delayed 3hrs or more so I cannot test it for accuracy yet.
