Have you tried Hivelocity? They are a better than Knownhost (no issues with them yet) in terms of price and support.

Just set up SES on my forum. I changed the email transport method to SES, verified outgoing email to be working and verified contact form to be working I changed the bounce email id and changed that connection to ses. Disabled XF DKIM signing (read in another thread) and enabled the feedback...

I believe I have things configured properly and I can also see XF processing them. But the status is not changing. Last week, I manually changed status to email bounced.

How can I ask registered members to verify their emails? Is there something that I can do that will get them to verify the email again? Maybe by sending a verification email or a verification code? My board is more than 10+ years and I want to ensure the old members email ids are still valid.

I made the mistake of sending out emails from my server (3 days ago) and I got listed in the spam database which got me in the bad books of my host.

I noticed recently that all users whose email ids are bouncing are still showing up as valid. I have bounce options set up and I can see the emails are being read and it shows up in the log. But the status is not changing. Is there anything else that I should be doing?

I had to move away from shared/cloud to a dedicated. Cloud costs were crazy. Shared kept crashing. Eventually Dedicated was the only option.. It's been 4 years now. I am with Hivelocity.

Thank you. But it does say "From January 2024*..." that's where it's not clear and I got confused. I assumed that the new price is applicable only from Jan 2024 and not now.

Isn't that the new price from 2024? Not the sale price in December.
