Hey I fixed it. I selected SMTP and set the smtp server according to sitegrounds settings and now its working! Thank you guys!

I did not get the actual test email in my email address after I ran it though.

For default email and contact email its set to my personal email address. Every thing else is blank. Email transport method default. Include full message text in watched thread and conversation options checked.

I checked the email bounce log and there is nothing there.

"The email was sent successfully with no errors. Please note that error tracking may be limited when using sendmail. If you do not receive the email, please check the server's email log for more details. "

Weird I tried that before but it didn't work. But now its working. Thank you. When I logged into the admin panel I get an error notice at the top. When clicking it says failed to submit sitemap and then has a bunch of search engines. I am assuming this is not the reason forgot password isn't...

When I request my password from my xenforo site, I get no actual password request email. I went into myphpadmin and checked and the email address for my account is correct. Any idea why this is happening ? The only thing I notice different about my account vs other users is my style ID says 2...

I will keep testing with chrome to see if it happens with it. So far hasn't.

Oh so your saying its happened to you on websites other than mine ?

If its not clear 1 file is oUela5Wc.htm the other is rTWUxwQL.htm. And this has never happened on any other website I've ever been too.

Are you guys using firefox? Just did it and it happened again. This time with 2 files. These are the names of the files.

It didn't happen on my phone when I tried it now or on chrome on my desktop now. I tried again on firefox and it didn't happen, it seems to happen sporadically.

On my website if I click forum, I get 3-5 different html files that pop up for download. They are named random characters and if I do download them they have no content when looking into them. Any idea why this is happening? Is this some type of spam that has been injected...

Is there a way to add a drop down menu to each category at the top in the header section ?
