i haved the same problem i send it to Kier when i export arabic xml i can not import but when i do as i say it works fine after upgrade

dear ahmad :) go to ur xf folder then install then data , you will find phrases.xml copy it then open it in notepad or np++ translate all phases you can :) im working now
