I was able to fix it by editiing the Weather.php file and changing the https://ip-api.com to just http://ip-api.com (that is the ONLY thing you change.) Working well on my SSL site. :)

It seems to be an issue with https where it fails. If you use http:// to the IP lookup it returns results fine.

Since updating my users are reporting the font on the What's New pages is really small. I didn't change anything was this a change because of the update? How can I make those bigger? Thanks!
