Can individual users be granted permission to add threadmarks? So admin+moderators and selected, individual members.

Great update, thanks. Love the AdBlock % column, only just noticed that. Some of our members have to occasionally have adblock enabled when in work. A suggestion could be perhaps the nag prompt/feature to only show to those with a set/high percentage X% Adblock.

I'm not sure if this setting is functioning as expected; I'd like to disable this at peak times to really encourage/force adblockers to disable. However when I do disable it, all it does is remove 'no thanks' button - you can still click 'I've disabled adblock' to close it. Is that working...
