There is always always going to be a need for a CMS in the 'article and front page' sense. Nothing can convince those people who want that feature set that they should instead have a boring list of forums as a home.
There are many solutions to this including bridges to full featured publishing...
Are all the bounce backs from the same or similar domains?
I had two weeks of issues with hotmail, live and Outlook domains due to Microsoft not allowing our mail to pass. Since rectified by contacting them.
I'm wondering if any good has come from this thread. It's has ideas and suggestions mixed in with trolly flames but very little official feedback thus far.
Just to commend Jake for his swift action on helping me resolve an issue with this mod (due to upgrading from a beta)... all fixed and I'm even testing out something new - which is a very exciting new addition to this mod..... all will be revealed!! :)
My forum is broke now..... removing this made no difference - still broke. Uninstall and re-install - still broke!!
Guys, please see the urgent ticket at audentio!!!
Cheers!
Jake,
I beg to differ..... there are plenty of installed add-ons listed in xenforo's resource manager that do not show as needing updated when they are outdated. The add-ons list of URL's has somehow been blanked on an upgrade. Any way to fix this?
Oh great.. since installing the new version of the add on, all add-on url's are now blank. Therefore EVERYTHING is seen as up to date. This is not great guys!!
Is there a way to have the add on check for add on updates? I know it does this automatically every once in a while but how do I kick it up the ass as I know there are some that need updated
I am also getting the same error.... seems it is not possible to upgrade xenforo with this mod until it is fixed.
I'm also having errors upgrade other mods that ordinarily upgrade fine with the installer.
