I disabled cloudflare still same error... I'm now setting up a test site at another well known web hosting company... I will be trying without any ssl to see what happens ... could it be my server? or could it be a bad script I spent just over 100 Canadian on :)

Oh great, everything is working, I just wish I never set up let's encrypt. I'm using DigitalOcean running ubuntu 18.04 if anyone knows the easy way to disable/delete my let's encrypt cert please let me know.. if all fales I have a backup to restore my droplet.
