Okay, that was my fail, I found the issue. The problem was due to a misconfiguration of the application.

They are gone. I think the problem is Transmit 4. I selected an option, which overwrite everything, but the application seems to deleted everything and upload the new files.

You should check, if SEO is enabled or not. If it isn't, then the content isn't available, because of the false URL.
