Both of those seem to relate to showing the author something as opposed to showing other users something when the author is the author of a thread.

Is there a conditional that would allow me to show all other users content based on the author? So if user 1 is the author of the thread, it would show x content to all users and if user 2 is the author of the thread it would show y content to all users.

Any particular reason? It's the only mod of it's kind.

Hmm weird. The shadow does not show in firefox or IE, only chrome. Must be the cache.
