Negative.. the solution was to apply a WFA (OKTA protected) at the top of it and leave the credentials in place (saved with no expiration)... not what I wanted, plus waste of resources really, and it slowed down the whole thing (because of the "proxy" between).
We now have a similar issue, but...
Azure AD is restricted more than social, it is aimed to closed/company communities. It would open a larger audience to embrace XenForo as company tool because of the SSO (and embedded MFA), it is an opportunity. If considering that the Microsoft API is already there, I may expect that someone...
I tried by modifying the current class (Microsoft), it only works on a certain point, but did come with no solution.
I'm not sure why it's not officially supported as Azure AD is a such important SSO.
Last time it has been asked (and without any reply) comes from 3 years ago...
I'm trying to find a way to use our company Azure AD sub to login to our forum, however I see it only works with personal accounts, that makes it not suitable for our purpose.
So here's the question: is there a way to make this working with our business (domain) accounts?
Hi everyone, I'm trying to find a way how to integrate OKTA (as IdP) with XenForo.
I would like to have a SSO system in place, where the user-DB is managed by OKTA as Identity Provider (Oauth2).
Where I should look to implement this?
Is there any modification that can be applied to ignore the forums only from "New Posts" / "What's New" but still visible, so you can surf them manually?
This plugin only let us "hide" the forums from everywhere, unfortunately this has no much usage for us... can it be modified to be applied...
To add more details to the post above, and using your setting page, I need something like this:
Keyword: TEST1-,TEST2-
URL: myurl.com/{text}
So when posting TEST1-123 or TEST2-456 ...it is automatically converted (once submitting the post) into myurl.com/TEST1-123 or myurl.com/TEST2-456

Ah.. sorry forgot to mention an important thing. I need this to be done while posting, not for the contents already in the database.
So when submitting a post with the keywords, they must be converted in a BBCODE. That is what I'm actually doing with vB using the plugin/script above.
I need a script (or a method) to convert certain keywords in a BBCODE type text.
In example:
Keywords to find: TEST1-, TEST2-
BBCODE:
This post:
Will change to:

I do accomplish the above in vB, with the following PHP (but I don't know how to convert it in a XF addon)...
Hi, is there a way to include the keyword content in the link?
In example I want to parse all the string matching "TEXT-" with a link www.mylink.com/TEXT-...
So posting this:
Example TEXT-123 Text Text Text
will change to:
Example https://www.mylink.com/TEXT-123 Text Text Text
If not...
