You didn't put "https://mywebsite.com/payment_callback.php?_xfProvider=paypal" directly right? The "mywebsite" needs to be whatever URL you registered.

Update as of 2/23/2021..this was caused by Paypal's server. via MerchantTechSupport (Paypal) As soon as this went live, the payment from 2/22/2021 went through without issue..and any IPN stuck retrying went through successfully. Regards
