I have a group setup that should be able to edit their own posts. I've checked the Analyze Permissions and confirmed that Edit Post by Self is set to Final Value (Global) = Yes. However, they're unable to edit their own posts. They're only a member of one group as well. Any idea what the issue...

Nop, the users I've checked are only a member of one user group. Just a follow-up: There was a migration of data from vB over to XenForo when we went live with the site.
