Rename his account, e-mail, password and remove every post that points him that he is the account owner and then ask him what account he is talking about? He's surely don't have an account in your forum. :D

Can you make this instead admin selectable? For example any post we click ... dots and select "Make it POTW" or "Add to POTW"

I fixed this problem by deleting the bs folder in my addons. I dont know whoever he is but his addons are pretty much i didnt use and was making confliction with this. So after removing them problem fixed

Okay somehow I managed to install it for my xf2.2 But problem is when I enable this add-on and someone block any user, then that user is keep seeing and error popup of XenForo saying "Couldn't find page" and then I check devtools and I see it tries to request some page called...

Please give support for XF 2.2, We have forum on 2.2 and our license is ended so we can't upgrade to 2.3. We really need this add-on in our forum...

and any change can u support php 7.4 atleast? not everyone using php 8.0.0 and if we go 8.0 some other things get broken s9e/MediaSites requires PHP 8.0.0+.
