Finally, the issue is resolved. One of our admins cleared the server cache and disabled memcache addon. Installed memcache server plugin instead.

We were not using any Captcha at all. Today I did enable Cloudflare Turnstile but still same thing. I can see few threads on User registrations not working in XF2.3, checking on SMTP settings, Localhost, server cache, etc

Tried disabling all addons and tested registration page and faced same thing: landing back on registration page. We are running on: v2.3.2

We are facing issue with user registration in our forum. After users enter all details on registration screen and click on the register button, screen refresh and lands back on same registration page. Please let us where and what we can check to find the issue/error.
