I don't think so it is useful. There could be always something useful in any forum. If the forum is based on different and mixed niche, then it could be useful, but when it is all about a specific niche, then this feature is not required. Well, this is my opinion... Anyone can disagree.

Thank you for the reply. But I am an SMF user and Xenforo is totally different from that. I am not that much expert as well in these things. For now, I totally don't know what are the resources? I am looking everything from the SMF point of view. Can I say that resources are just like "MODS"...

I guess it is more user-friendly than others. I have used myBB and SMF. Also tried vBulleting, but only as a moderator, not as the administrator.

A good list. Few forums in this list I already used, but I never noticed that these are also Xenforo as they have totally different theme and no signature in the bottom.

Okay, I have created a new demo. I have created two new boards. and 1 forum in each board. (Board mean category). Then I have created 3 users. I want to set permissions for the new users that: their post needs approval from the admin until they have 5 posts. or... Auto approval each new post...

I have created a demo account and I want to use that to register new (fake) users on the forum to test the roles of different member groups. Is there any option which I can use to register new users and then testing their role?
