Unfortunately disabling IPN is not an option for us, as I'm assuming all old legacy recurring subscriptions would then fail.

On XF 2.2, have several users reporting the same thing. A notification will say a thread has been read "Tomorrow at 11:25am" etc. Is this a browser timezone issue? Server date and time are correct... Cloudflare caching issue? I like to blame everything on Cloudflare LOL
