How do I stretch the background image so it fills the whole screen based on users resolution size? Did it before but forgot and can't seem to find the answer on google, thank you! :o

I recently transferred my forums over to a new debian box with apache. I have about 4 other domains we use that redirect to these forums. The problem is I forgot how to redirect those IPs. So for example say our forum is example1234567.com, and I want to make APPLE12347.com and POPCORN5412.com...

I tried those SQL backups but I have /var/www/ backed up too but doubt that will fix anything?
