Have to agree. Thankfully I only spent about 20 mins on this before finding this thread but to me it makes sense to simply use the group name by default instead of having to type it in.

Will this work if your XF forum is hosted in a subdomain? My WP site is on domain.com etc and my forum is on a subdomain of that.
