I purchased Xenforo 4 hours ago and am having problems logging into my account. The forgot email system doesn't work and support isn't replying. I moved from phpbb because I felt a paid system would offer better support, but if nobody can help me with something so simple as recovering a password...

I just bought a license and used the Stripe mechanism to do it. I received my invoice via email. I wanted to change my password but didn't know it so I logged out and used the forgot password mechanism, but it's not sending me anything.

Is the upgrade to 2.4 expected to be seamless? I am looking at migrating a big forum from phpbb and not sure if I should wait.
