Ultimately, I think the easiest would be to run a script that would delete any characters in the custom user title areas of existing members then just rebuild the user cache and that should fix it. I just have to figure out how to remove them instead of looking one by one.

I did find out that if I find these members and delete this from their profile in the ACP, the default title does takes its place after I rebuild the cache

OK it worked but not the results I was hoping for. Some members can still input a custom user title and I don't want them to. I have that permission set to NEVER and rebuilt the caches several times and it does not work When I added the code above, it worked but then no user titles showed up...

I am going to ask you again for the same thing I asked before: They need to send their IP ADDRESS or they can’t get in. Without their IP, there is no access. Ask them for it. According to my IT guy, we need your IP address so you can get it.
