We have a general niche that separates us from most other general forums. But I really can not say it without giving myself away.

Failure is not an option. And I continue to work hard in developing my community. My only issue is I am running out of idea's to get everyone else to be just as interested and as active as I am. But failure continues to be not an option.

No disrespect, but I could never imagine talking about 1 thing all day either. For example, a game theme or a job theme isn't in short supply either and I really would run out of things to talk about in either field. I would imagine so would everyone else. Forums in general, no matter what...

A lot of my remaining members are older. I much doubt they would post nudes. I doubt even more anyone would want to see them. We use to have some younger people, but that has changed.

I do have a hack which sends out a reminder email. I try not to spam my members. So I try to keep mailings at a low. But yes, I have sent one or two in the past. I think Easter was the last one I sent.

I have to be careful not to post to much as me. Doing that only shows how less busy the place is and further discourages people to join the conversation. I currently have an alter ego to help with that and to add to the site. Alone without the alter ego I am the #5 top poster. The #1 top...

I agree we need new members. But people are not really inspired to join or say much when everyone else does not say much.
