Hello, I have problems downloading a file here in the community, I am Brazilian and I need to download the translation to portuguese only when I click download from the following error:

"If you can not post, enter your forum username in the Associated Forum Users form in your customer area."

when I click "Associated Users Forum" goes to a link asking for username and password and when I logo of the following error:

"No customer found with que Could be email address."

I need this translation fast, would you help me? has the fix to download files?
