This Suggestion is about the extension not the title. But the title is a problem to. Simple solution would be If no title is entered then use "Board short title"

Yes, but there is an inconsistency in the Tag system. If you tag a photo in the gallery that is mirrored from a forum that Photo will not be found in the forum. Now we have two Tag system If not three if you count the XFRM. And it looks as they don't work together

A bump for this old but much needed option. I am in big need for this changes. Then I could start using XFRM as I wanted, when I bought it. If this is not possible I would suggest that the Developer would change the Core to allow this

I suggest that Featured content will have a schedule. At least so you can Schedule a day for un-publish.

As many stated it depends. But If your longing is to collect Images and videos from bands to build a database. It is a great addon. I use it to collect car photos, and I use the "Mirror Attachments from Forums" to catalog by year or to a specific category, in the gallery and to keep photos...
