I had to contact tech support for my web host and they fixed the issue as it was in their security logs not mine. So you need to contact who ever hosts your site to get the issue fixed

Again thank you. I’m having the same issue and came here to check on the issue and after reading this contacted my host server support.

It’s a Firefox issue because I get the same on just about every site I’ve been on but it’s worse on XenForo 2.0
