Thank you very much. Apologies for not elaborating earlier. If I switch to Medium, it does not redirect but it throws up this error but If I choose REDIRECT, It plays the channel but the user is no longer on the forum.

How do you download and install? The link sent by email does not allow you to download the *.zip file like add-ons from other developers. Same issue for XenRio 2 download too.
