hello i have problem with my display page when i login with administrator the display page its ok when i login as user or unregistered user the page not display ok check picture how to fix that

i checked mod_sec and it is OFF and the problem is still there

i still have same problem The sitemap does not accept by google webmaster , sitemap pending and with Yandex and bing the sitemap work perfectly please help me
