    Okay. Thanks for the information.

    Not planned Shadowbanning

Hello, If you don't know what shadowbanning is, see this Wikipedia article. I have a few very malicious users on my forum who continue to make alternate accounts (they bypass the mod queue with VPNs) and harass my users and staff. I have tried everything -- even banning the hostnames of their...

Lack of interest Blocking by Hostname Domain

I see. My banned users must not be that smart, though, as I've only seen a couple ever use Tor for ban evading. Would really appreciate an opinion from @Brogan or @Jake Bunce on this.

Lack of interest Blocking by Hostname Domain

Oh, I totally blanked on the email banning system. Thanks for the reminder. I removed it from the post. Seems like a very nice plugin, but Tor users aren't my issue. I'd really love the ability to configure the blocked hostnames so that I could block popular trashy VPNs.

Mass email users -> Allow sending via deferred system to overcome huge issues

It would definitely be great to see this implemented. I see it as almost necessary.

Lack of interest Blocking by Hostname Domain

On my Xenforo site, I find the feature "Manually approve registration if user shares IP used by a banned user in last X days" to be very useful. Banned users will try to make alternate accounts only to find their registration rejected because it was sent to manual approval and denied by a staff...

XF 1.4 Expression for a-z, 0-9 usernames only

Oops, never mind. Looks like I'd just need to throw an underscore after the 9.

XF 1.4 Expression for a-z, 0-9 usernames only

Thank you very much. Can you please also tell me what code I would want to use to follow original specifications + allow underscores?

XF 1.4 Expression for a-z, 0-9 usernames only

Thank you for your input, but that code seems to disallow usernames I would want to be allowed (example: abc123) I also tested the regex in the OP and that seemed to allow all usernames.

XF 1.4 Expression for a-z, 0-9 usernames only

Hi, I want to use a "Match Regular Expression" in my user registration options to only allow a-z, A-Z and 0-9 usernames (no spaces, dots or any of that stuff). I did a bit of research and I think I've got the answer, but I am seeking verification as I don't know what I'm doing. Is this what I...

XF 1.4 "Sensitive" Parts of Xenforo

Okay, thanks. I think I get what you're saying. Why do sites like Amazon force SSL only in certain places then, though?

XF 1.4 "Sensitive" Parts of Xenforo

Hello, I currently force SSL everywhere on my Xenforo site, but I figure that it doesn't really make sense especially since the SSL is "broken" on most pages due to users' images (I can't use the image proxy because it allows people to get my backend IP and my site is behind CloudFlare). I'm...

XF 1.3 Setting a Site Title

I think I'm talking about something more internal. I see it that way on a number of WHOIS sites. Here me is and here is a titled site.

Also it is worth noting that the "board title" option seems to have nothing to do with this.
