You can use Ahrefs to whitelist them and then use the csv option to upload the broken ones to batch update

The link can be valid but the bot is being blocked which is why it returns 503. You may want to whitelist that domain.

Then I recommend you to reach @truonglv who hasn't been responsible regarding this issue.
