Ok so even though it says "Permanent" user group and the Platinum is checked, the system is putting the user into the Platinum membership in the "Additional" user group, where nothing is checked to do so....that's how it should work you are saying?

We have every member of our forum getting an alert when there are new posts in one section, despite not watching the area. Any ideas what to look for to stop this? Thanks

Where, by default, is it supposed to take the visitor? We didn't change anything and it takes us to a non existent page?

Where can I edit the page it sends the visitor to after they agree and continue?
