I had same issue with my 2 sites , hCaptcha service is abonded service now i guess so i had to change reCaptcha for guests and other to Cloudflare Turnstile instead (its free but you need account) Cheers

thanks for point me to the right direction . researched it all and I had an add-on that I tried a while ago but that didn't work , it had just been deactivated so I uninstalled it and the problem solved . sorry i disturbed Cheers Chris
