Can I ask why, 3 and a half months after it was fixed, the known issue has not been resolved for others who have not yet moved to 2.3.7? Surely it is a 2 second job for you guys to replace the file.
It doesn’t inspire much confidence in being an early adopter of future upgrades.

You will need to ftp to your server to upload the file to the public_html/js/xf/ directory.
But first you need @Jeremy P to confirm the patch hasn't already been applied to the current 2.3.7 release. If it has then you won't...
A wise choice.
No. You won't need to do this.
But, if ever you need to rebuild the master data in a browser you go to https://www.yoursitename.whatever/pathtoforum/install then press enter.
Then choose the option to rebuild the master data.
You are not looking for anything in there just /install then hit the enter/return key on your keyboard.
Like I said I didn't need to do that once the file was replaced.
If you are running 2.3.6 you don't need to be doing any of this.
If you are about to upgrade to 2.3.7 then I would wait to...
I'm not sure if current downloads of v2.3.7 will already be patched, I would like to think so. If so you won't need to patch if this is the case.
Maybe @Jeremy P could confirm this?
If your forum has been installed in the root of your domain then yes it will be public-html/js/xf...
Do you mean install the patch to resolve the image rotation issue or do you mean to install v2.3.7?
If you are already on 2.3.7 just download the patch from here then upload the unzipped file to your forumhome/js/xf/ directory.
I didn’t rebuild anything after uploading the patch and all is fine...
ADVRider.com seems to be doing okay, VS bought that a few years ago now.
I get what you are saying but, it is difficult trying to find someone who:-
Shares the same passion as what the forum is about.
Has the technical ability.
Is able to find a very large 6 figure sum of cash.
