Haaa now I saw the site you're talking about, they charge 10€/month to grant you download permissions. That's absolutely disgusting indeed but I don't know if there's any measure that can stop him.

What do you mean, are they resell the addons? There's lot of sites that share the addons for free as everything paid, it's not ok but resell something that you didn't done it's next level.
