Does deleting banned users allow the spammers to re-register?

We use several of his add-ons. He's GREAT to work with. Admins/mods can insert full size images for special purposes, but normal users are limited to thumbnails.

AndyB's Remove Image Insert add-on prevents inserting full size images. His Convert Image add-on allows you to set the default insertion size to thumbnail. He has a LOT of useful add-ons.

We recently changed from vB4 to XF. It was a BIG job, since MANY of our users aren't computer literate. And the unavoidable changes that were obvious to most of us drove them nuts.

Is there some reason you can't just change the usernames to the user's actual name instead of their employee number and put their employee number in a different field?

IMHO, limiting the number of pages won't be a good strategy because the number of posts per page is configurable. Whose page count are you going to use? Mine at 100, or someone with 20? Limiting the number of posts would be a better strategy - if it's possible.

P.S. It's not a problem for me, for a couple reasons: I almost never try to reuse photos because I can find the photo I want on my own PC in a few seconds compared to a few minutes it takes me to find it in the disorganized list on the MB. I understand what's happening, and I know that I'll need...
