Thank you Chromaniac. Sorry about this but things get blurred when you're in your 80s. I remember now using ftp, but where do I actually upload it to, I have cPanel.

I want to verify my site with Google. They have shown me "Upload an HTML file to your website" and given me a link to download the file. It then says - 2. Upload to: https://plymouthchat.com/ My question is Where do I upload or paste this file in Xenforo?

I add all the IPs of these posts to the Banned IP section in Users, it's been working a treat, mind, there are a lot of addresses in there now.

Oh dear, now into my 80s, I can't remember what I have and worse than that I can't remember what I done when I installed and made changes. Thanks for the tip about my sig link, I just retyped it and now it works, well for me it does. That's above me now frm, I would need a step by step or see...

Excuse the probably easy question for others but things get a bit hard when you're in you're 80s. Does an IP address entered into the banned as, (example), 1.1.* block all IP addresses starting with 1.1. ?
