They are. I have "Applicable Categories:" set to all of them.

No error. I click the drop down bar and it just shows "(no prefix)". I have added prefixes. They even show below in the "Available Prefixes:" area.

I can't create Automatically Created Thread Prefix in the resource manager. I am using lasted versions of both forums and RM.
