Would be great to be able to add shipping info and costs. For example, whether the seller will ship internationally or just local. Perhaps flat rate shipping versus calculated?

There was no intention to withhold information. Not sure where you are getting that. I found Ozzy’s addon from the link above. It works for accepting forms that is what I need.

You need to edit the js file as per the discussion on Painbaker's site to remove the sound.
