Adding mediawiki to a xenforo installation generally does not result in user engagement. Maybe this addon by @Xon is useful: https://xenforo.com/community/resources/collaborative-threads.6600/ If something like a full fledged wiki is wanted, I don't think Threads can offer that functionality...
