XF 2.0 Error message after upgrading to XenForo 2.0.10

One or more add-ons currently have actions pending and may be in an inconsistent state. Because of this, some errors may be suppressed and unexpected behavior may occur. If this does not change shortly, please contact the add-on author for guidance.

The above message has appeared after upgrading to XenForo 2.0.10 when it was released. I have given it a few days but nothing has changed, I have disabled all plugins and yet the message still appears.

Everything seems to work as it should but this message won't disappear!

Hi, I have the same error. I did what they said, but the same error appears.

What add-on is the error appearing for?

The inconsistent state error related to my add-on should not happen any more (Country Flags version 2.0.7.1 or later)

@Snog Same issue here. Snog Flags wouldn't install due to known-issues. So I disabled the add-on and then deleted it from my server.
But now I'm still getting the error at the top of the add-ons page:

One or more add-ons currently have actions pending and may be in an inconsistent state.

I put the add-on back into the folder but as you can see, my only option is to install.
There are no other options to get rid of the pending actions?

Completing the installation will resume the pending actions.

You will need to resolve whatever issues it has, get it to install and then, if necessary, uninstall and delete the files.

There is no longer any solution to installing the addon.
It's even been deleted by the author now.
